Deliveries occur as soon as feasible. A confirmation that the Business has received your delivery request will come in the form of emails.

In the case of goods missing from delivery but charged to the client, a proof of purchase and notification of missing goods must be presented to the Business within 24 hours,  a credit or a refund will be offered.

Returns or exchanges cannot be made during a delivery. Goods may not be rejected nor exchanged during a delivery. All returns or exchanges must be made at Business premises, as outlined in the Returns Policy.

Deliverers will not enter the premises of the client’s home, apartment or domicile. Deliveries will be exchanged at the entrance or lobby of the domicile or by the curbside. This to ensure professionalism and safety of both the client and the deliverer.

Whomever is making the delivery shall call upon arrival, and inform the client of arrival. Should the client fail to establish contact, the deliverer shall wait five (5) minutes, and call once more. After this phone call, the deliverer shall wait another five (5) minutes, followed by a final phone call. Should the client fail to establish contact, the delivery shall consider the delivery cancelled, and the delivery charge shall not be reimbursed. 

Each delivery attempt, even for cancelled orders, the original delivery charge will be charged to the client.

Online Pickup Orders

Pickup orders must be ordered online thirty (30) minutes before estimated time of arrival. Payment for Curbside Pickup may be made in venmo, credit card or debit card or NFC. Payment must be made when the groceries are handed to the customer. 

For items ordered but unavailable, the customer shall not be charged. 

The Business is not liable for any fees, penalties or tickets associated with client-owned double parked cars or parked cars which incur before, during, or after Pickup.
