Ingredients to make mango pickle at home

One mango (green)
Crushed fenugreek seeds  2 tablespoon
Hing  (Asafoetida) 1/2 tablespoon
Reg chilli powder  1/2 tablespoon
Kashmiri chilli power  1 tablespoon
Oil 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste

Procedure 

  1. Cube washed mango in medium pieces.
  2. Mix all spices with mango.
  3. Get ready to enjoy "chatpatta" taste!!!
